There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

They make promises they never intend to keep. Low pay Vacations are " a privilege and they do not need to approve them." High productivity rate, barely gives you time to take a bathroom break. Male-driven company- Women have no place in this company and it shows by the way the regional ignores them when you watch several females go to him with their concerns and the way he replies. Also visiting male DORs ignore females when greeted.

The manager I had was ruthless and would frequently make up rules we had to follow. I was never fired from a job before until I worked here. If they don't like you they will get rid of you. If you have any issues they will run and hide behind HR. Working here risks your license. CNA, LPN, or RN
