      Great company to work for. Great benefits for full time employees. Staff members will try and help out if possible if you need it.

      Cons

      Going to work short staffed alot of the time.

      Wonderful Culture

      Pros

      Friendly, helpful people all working towards a great mission and vision. Purposeful workdays and I always felt I was making a difference somewhere.

      Cons

      Job/budget cuts annually - every spring. Seems they overhire then cut jobs when census goes down which is expected every year. Everyone is a director level or up so lots of leaders and not many followers often makes it difficult to get through the red tape.
