      A few do all the work. Too many under skilled persons hired to fill spots with no training and no work ethic, no reprimands fir subpar care.

      Misguided management. Reactive instead of proactive. Outdated technology because majority of employees can understand it due to limited technical skills. Pointless daily meetings, that accomplish Nothing, yet are mandatory to attend. Employees are absolutely under valued. Communication within my department was horrific, manager has zero management skills.
