Great people who are unfortunately not supported by administrator unless they are of use in her personal agenda

Cons

Administrator that is self absorbed and only focuses on things that impact her personally; not the residents, families, staff. Passive aggressive leadership style creates unhealthy work environment that is difficult to overcome.
