      Pros

      - CEO claims to have never laid off an employee and he is serious about this - CEO is engaged, smart, passionate, present, and caring - Company is serious about the revolution - Competitive pay - Leaders want you to succeed and will listen to you - Loyalty exists in this company

      Cons

      - Depends on Medicare and Medicaid too heavily - The company spends a ton of money on lawsuits due to no tort reform in KY - Benefits is the worst I have ever seen - Very high health insurance, vacation is lacking, work from home non-existent

      Lots of opportunity to grow. Competitive Salary. Work Life Balance. Great co-workers. Really nice environment. Employee perks, and on and on.

      Pros

      Excellent, tenured leadership who has a passion for making a difference in the lives of residents and patients. They also have strong values and a mission driven culture that places 3 pillars at the heart of the organization: Spirituality, Innovation and Learning. Overall, the company also has a "family like" atmosphere which I really love as well!
