      Promote from within, incentive programs, employees are STAKEHOLDERS for a reason, because they have a STAKE in the success of the facility

      Cons

      The background check time needs to be much shorter

      Pros

      I met some and work with some great people. The hourly pay for my position was pretty decent.

      Cons

      Upper Managment is very unorganized! There is no structure in the facility I was employed in. The residents that they admitted in were dangerous to the workers and other residents. They overworked the good employees and the lazy ones got away with a lot.

      The CEO really believes in leading a revolution in healthcare, to better the lives of those living in nursing homes.

      Cons

      Those in management under the CEO (the COO's, the RVP's, and the DO's) can be shady and unethical, despite the kindheartedness of the CEO.
