      Pros

      great hourly pay, friendly and laid back atmosphere. company really looks out for the elders. provides welcoming home. staff and elders are good friends and provide a real home for anyone who lives here

      Cons

      Needs more updates throughout the facility. its a 60 year old building, have done some renovations but the outside needs a facelift per say.

      New facility, but empty. One fifth of the census needed. Used to offer free ice cream... But even that ran out!

      Cons

      Short staffed. Run out of critical supplies. Run out of food for patients. No pain meds for patients for days at a time!
