Terrible Management, Only Care About Money, Never Work Here

A so called "flexible schedule" but you're on call 24/7 so no such thing as work life balance

Extremely poor communication between staff and management Brutal on call schedule - basically expect you to work two full time jobs and pay you less than what you deserve Hide the wage scale from employees so you have to battle for what you deserve to be paid Disorganized and administration gets way too involved in clinical matters Only care about money rather than what's best for patient care Poor at staffing their buildings appropriately and don't listen to their floor staff's concerns; neither do they help them out They often demand nursing take on way more than what is safe in terms of responsibility and resident to nurse ratios Would hate to see what happens when an emergency with a resident occurs because they are severely underprepared to handle anything serious Higher ups don't have any idea how healthcare works and force DONs to sit in meetings all week talking at them so they can't get any actual work done while demanding they do petty tasks that they think will get them more money
