Pros

The residents are very nice.That is all I can say.You leave work on time.You don't have to worry about getting stuck late.

Cons

The management is terrible. They don't care about the CNA. It is cliqued up. The nurses always blaming CNA for their mistake and will lie on you.Not enough CNA for all the patients.

Cons

Short staffed everyday, low pay they need to pay more for what the aides have to put up with, they knit pick, no advancement unless you brown nose.
