Pros

1) Allowed to take time off if needed, even if PTO ran out. 2) Decent amount of PTO granted even during first year. 3) Wonderful coworkers 4) Ability to work from home 5) Spirituality based company

Cons

1) Care Navigators are under compensated and under appreciated in relation to the ever increasing workload. 2) No raises or reviews in years. 3) Processes and procedures from management rarely make sense and are poorly executed.
