      You are left alone to do your job. No hovering bosses. They are available if you need direction though.

      The pay is low. Might be better for a new employee.

      The money is nice for sure.

      Cons

      No one that they brought in to help me did and they turned on me to tell the Admin how I was feeling and gave me no choice but to leave.
