      Pros

      The perks of working for SHC, that I have gathered over the years, include: (1) Pay rate (2) Benefits- to an extent (3) Always hiring, so you don't have to worry about going without work (4) Usually laid back and considers employee input

      Cons

      The main and most bothersome thing I have found about SHC is that they seem to get more and more money-hungry and less and less client-centered.
