The manager I had was ruthless and would frequently make up rules we had to follow. I was never fired from a job before until I worked here. If they don't like you they will get rid of you. If you have any issues they will run and hide behind HR. Working here risks your license. CNA, LPN, or RN

The colleagues at SHC are some of the best people you will ever meet. They are easy to work with, kind and caring.

Cons

Leadership decisions are questionable. There is a perception of transparency but what is announced publicly is not always what is happening behind the scenes.

Expect to have your hours and shift moved constantly and to be underpaid unless you get VERY lucky to be move dup and get underpaid a little less.
