Management Could Learn a Lot From Their Own Regulations

Good Pay for the area. The home is like a family. when one hurts, we all hurt.

Cons

Management doesn't care if the rules are being followed as long as the work gets done, insurance is a joke. Everyone is being overworked and nothing is being done to improve morale. Staff is overworked to the point of physical and mental exhaustion. Too many cliques and if you don't belong you are out of luck.

At the particular signature that I worked for, if you didn't fit in with the cool crowd then you got screwed over and set up for failure other than that it was great, not. I also never got trained for the position and had to learn everything on my own
