being a private company the pay is not the same as other hospitals, tobacco testing at employment drug screening to maintain a smoke-free environment

Amazing staff who have been a pleasure to work with, hard-working and friendly people.

Cons

Management doesn't consider input from staff, understaffed in practically every department requiring lots of travellers and locums, non-evidence based medicine being practiced and some terrible outcomes because of that, lots of turnover, low morale, tough patient population to interact with
