Good Place To Work

Pros

Pay, good coworkers, supportive environment, union, patient ratios, health insurance and benefits. I would go back.

Cons

Some staff are able to get away with anything - laziness, drama at times, but that’s anywhere you go. Certain floors have high turnover rates and certain shifts have all brand new nurses working on one shift together. It’s stressful for the senior nurse.
