The things I like the most about this job are delivering the patients' trays because I get to interact with them. Also the hours are good for after school.

Cons

The things I don't like about this job are some of the coworkers are very judgmental. Also finding someone to cover your shift is hard.

Overall direct care staff is wonderful.

Cons

Lean, like communism, is good in theory... but rarely executed properly. Extreme staff shortages and a very high turnover rate. Micromanagement at its finest. Pay is low compared to surrounding hospitals.
