The hospital was a short drive from where I live so that was a positive. For the most part my coworkers were great.

Cons

Terrible nurse manager, no say in scheduling. Different nights on every single week.

Pro's...free parking, coffee shop in the building, for the most part co-workers are pleasant to work with and did I mention free on site parking.

Cons

This is a non-profit hospital that is in the process of financial rebuilding. They are making progress but you often find yourself with not enough supplies to take care of patients. New CEO with a new vision several years ago, management staff has difficulty adjusting to new ways of doing things. Are reactive instead of proactive.
