Cons

Trying to go outside of network for certain healthcare issues results in higher costs for employee in some situations and circumstances.

Pros

Co-workers and hospital staff are nice and easy to work with. The management team is fantastic to work for. I love this job. I learn something new everyday, I feel trusted and appreciated, and the pay starting out was really good!

Cons

Although the analyzers in the lab are newer and work fairly well with little issue, the rest of the lab is a little bit behind the times and could use some updating to work mor efficiently. Not really that big of a deal of course.
