Pros
Very flexible schedule, easy to work with direct management, 2 weeks vacation time accrues per paycheck, able to purchase additional week of PTO at the beginning of the year, monthly bonuses, take pride in the work and services they provide. This company has been exploding and many opportunities to grow.
Cons
Medical is very expensive. I decided to decline and take tax penalty rather than pay for it. Weird award ceremonies every three months where management and the clique pat each other on the back in front of the whole company. No opportunity for raises "due to government contracts".
