Pros

Store dynamics can be wonderful. Jewelry discount is great. Chances for advancement if desired.

Cons

Starting pay is low even for those who has prior related experience. The leadership at the home office is not one I feel confident with. The way standards are measured needs to be reevaluated. There is not much of a work life balance and often times we are made to feel guilty for leaving on vacation at certain times of the year.
