Pros
They paid my hourly wages without shorting me. ( though the same can not be said for "bonuses"
Cons
The upper leadership fosters mistrust and underhanded competition between location managers. The workplace is Toxic on a good day. Jewelers are treated with zero respect and often told to cut corners and hide mistakes to keep profit margins up. Downright dishonest activity is allowed so long as it does not get media attention. OSHA would have a field day if they ever saw the inside of a signet shop. Apprentices should take note that you will not be a jeweler for 3-4 years after you join the company.
