Work hours are terrible and inconsistent, the company does not value women as employees. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. Upper management is absolutely horrible. Benefits are terrible and overpriced. School reimbursement is a joke. This is a company that doesn't want people to be successful. They just want people that they can brainwash and control. They are not open for suggestions, nothing is anonymous. They are absolutely not an equal opportunity employer. They just paid out 276 million dollars in a sexual harassment lawsuit, yet during covid-19 to layoff over 75% women. The CEO has absolutely no idea what she's doing. Poorly executed merchandise promotions. Commission change has consistently even though you lock in commission from the year before oh, they can just decide to take all of that away the next year. They have no care about screwing with your money. Holiday hours are atrocious
