I can honestly say that Signet Jewelers is the worst company I have ever worked for. The management system is severely lacking—there's a complete lack of accountability, especially when it comes to serious issues like employees smoking weed or coming to work intoxicated, which often go unaddressed. The district managers seem more interested in going on vacations, attending church, and some have displayed racist behaviors rather than focusing on supporting their teams or resolving store problems. Communication is a major issue; they rarely answer phone calls or emails when concerns or complaints are raised.
