Great discount, ability to move up the ladder, chance go earn extra through commissions

Cons

No flexibility, crazy standards, favoritization, leanience in policy violations for members who sell at high volumes, low wages for the industry, stressful environment, little to no training

Great money, promotions readily available, okay benefits, entertaining guests, great branding for a Jewelry company and somewhat thoughtful upper management. There are no more pros

Cons

The hours are long and family time will diminish during some of the worst times, (all holidays including thanksgiving, Friday and Saturday evenings. Incredible amounts of stress even on those who are performing above standard.
