Better work/life balance than most but don't feel valued

Pros

Good work/life balance - most people leave and come in on time, it's not a culture where you're expected to work late everyday which is common in most Fashion Buying offices.

Cons

People on higher levels reap more of the benefits and rewards. Never really put on any socials - if you want to socialise you have to organise it yourself and pay out of your own pocket. People on lower grades' opinions aren't really taken into account until you kick up a huge fuss, and don't feel comfortable taking up any issues with HR as they are quite bias towards management.
