      Pros

      Benefits, in house gym, perks program, company store.

      Cons

      unable to request personal days off (when you are hourly), poor work environment, no room for advancement (if the uppers don't like you, or are scared of you), low pay for the amount of work required for the job. 1 weekend off a month etc...

      Pros

      Great jewelry discount, tuition reimbursement, flexible hours. Good options for overtime. I have had opportunities to move to the home office rather than sales, which should be better.

      Cons

      Schedule is never done early and changes many times a week. The employee turnover is horrible. To be successful and meet their undue standards you need to harass customers, selling the jewelry piece is just the beginning. There is the credit applications, extra warranties, and repairs. I have had 3 managers in less than 6 months because the one wanted her $30,000 bonus.
