      Good place to work if you are a sales shark

      most people are fair minded and hard working

      Cons

      other people are into cliques and will work only within those cliques daily sales quotas out of line with reality (hello ... we are in a recession have to cold call prior customer to 'get them back in to spend $' have to hit repair quota have to hit credit quota have to hit payment protection plan quota have to hit add on quota have to hit timepiece quota have to hit enhanced service plan quota

      Benefits package is great Great discount co-workers usually great to work with Compensation OK

      Cons

      Store managers don't seem to care about employee's general happiness. Serious HR issues going on with the store. Many unhappy employees in the store due to extremely poor management. VERY little training. Not compensated for level of work effort. Work-life balance is extremely off considering there is no set schedule. Forget about taking vacations the same time as your spouse....Very few ethical standards from management .

      Excellent discount. Stores always clean and safe. Coworkers for the most part were fun to be around. Salary was average for retail.

      Cons

      Upper Management was BRUTAL. Treated store managers and sales associates very poorly. Opening credit card applications were required every shift no exception. If you are a salaried mgr. you were required to stay until you met your application quota. Open to close shifts for managers were the norm, not the exception. District managers always focusing on the negative. Very high turnover.
