Pros

Hard work is recognized and praised. There are opportunities for advancement, which you don't always find in a company. I enjoy working with everyone in my office which makes the work environment great. You will have a good work/life balance and be able to enjoy time off. Yes, you will have the occasional calls and emails after hours, but I have honestly been able to enjoy all of my time off. The owners are very passionate about their company and are very involved.

Cons

If you do not like to put in the extra effort, this company is not for you. You have to work hard, but that is why it is called a job.

Pay is good, considering what the job was. Some of my coworkers were fantastic.

Cons

Employees are shown very little respect, especially females. No boundaries and expect to receive unnecessary phone calls on your time off. The levels of micromanagement at this company are insane. Gossip from all levels of the organization. Expect to be talked about and don’t expect any level of confidentiality from the owners.
