Decent pay, high turnover presents opportunities, but not long lived

Cons

You could be a highly productive employee who shows initiative, saves the company $$ and you will still be treated as an expendable piece of furniture. Expected to work extremely long hours. Any request to take vacation was severely scrutinized. Received nasty emails from management weekly. Cannot keep valuable employees due to the way they treat them. Many inappropriate conversations and statements by owner. This job was NOT worth the stress.
