Cons

Vessels were in bad shape, no downtime for maintenance, awful benefits, owner did not care about crew. Crew went out and spent their own money for food since the budget was so low.

Pros

Small Company, currently have several good runs for vessels. They attempt to do the best in keeping the vessels up and running. Salary is OK for the type of work but not great.

Cons

Schedules fluctuate between vessels and crew members A lot of the 'That's the way we always done it' Micromanagement, some people wear a position in the office but expect it to be done by someone else. No need to really know your job just talk a good line and google 10 hours of your 12-hour watch True professionalism is lacking over all that is why they are always hiring
