      Pros

      Your Title won’t fit on a business card.

      Cons

      Your title won’t fit on a business card. You have to wear so many hats, you may as well own a Lids store. All the responsibility and no authority. Everyone reports to one person, the Owner...there is no chain of command. Even if there was one, turnover is so high, you would be reporting to someone else the next day. Toxic, micromanaged, unprofessional. The list goes on.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, nice equipment.

      Cons

      Way too many company politics and horrendous management. You will be stressed out no matter what position you are and the turnover rate is so high you constantly need be updating you email lists. Lots of great guys get hired on then get more work piled on then they can do because they fire everyone else then they end up leaving.

      Pros

      The boat crew members were great to work with. They are well trained and knowledgable about their jobs. They are compassionate about their jobs and boats and take care of each other.

      Cons

      The owners create a very hostile environment to work in. Employees are pubicly humiliated, especially the females. Everything is micromanaged and managers and employees are not allowed to make decisions without getting approval first. The turnover is very high, especially office personnel.
