Free food and beverages and music plays all day.

Cons

Not a whole lot of collaboration between groups. Some power struggles between management.

Small company, some good people. The Technology is ok. Working the name brand accounts is fun.

Cons

The technology probably won't go very far. Concentrating on media only is limiting.
