Pros
Variety of projects you work on is second to none. This is not the place to work at if you don't appreciate a hard day's work regardless of your position title. You are always busy, period. Signicast takes lean manufacturing to another level if you aren't busy here you are currently being phased out. Left for "greener pastures", wish I never left, you won't find a better mix of Project Managment, New Product Development and Manufacturing in this hemisphere.
Cons
Location - Hartford is a garbage town Pay is a little low for the greater Milwaukee area they try to make up with it with quarterly profit sharing which is a bonus and is taxed as such. Management will try to sell you on this to make up for the low salary they offer.
