Pros
The only pros are from years ago when they used to have great profit sharing, better/cheaper benefits, vacation time, work parties, raises.
Cons
Profit sharing is next to nothing and hardly obtainable because of a "carrot and stick" method which amounts to very little. You meet expectations for awhile then the bar keeps getting raised until you get no more benefits. The worse you are as a person, the better you're treated. Very backwards. Toolroom manager has no right to work there as he is always rewarding the wrong people making many people quit or just work in a depression or angrily. Not a good environment. Lies and promises that never pan out for a good employee trying to get ahead. Disappointing in all areas.
