      I enjoyed my time at Significance, and was exposed to the inner workings of DoD financial management

      Cons

      I wish there was an opportunity to show value across different contracts, so that when one was over you wouldn't be left out to dry.

      Good company culture and very easy to work for. The people that I met were very welcoming.

      Cons

      It sometimes felt like I was in my own bubble and not always included in some of the company events. I would have loved to have been able to grow my career more there.
