it was like working for a cult with all of their rah rah grandiose grandstanding by management. It felt like a Trump rally with their virtual "Town Hall" meeting. It was off putting and felt staged by employees who were oooohing and ahhhing.
Make outbound calls to the elderly during a pandemic to have them schedule useless "wellness" check ups. Many of these people did not want to do them and have a stranger (RN/DR/PhA) in their homes when they had not seen their own families for months due to the pandemic.
You had to push and push to schedule the wellness check. Many were scared if they did not do it they would lose their health care coverage. I felt like a dirtbag daily.
