      Pros

      Great on-boarding, open access and feed back from supervisors and head of team, weekly updates and live stats. Supervisors and team leads always acknowledge team members about accomplishments, and how proud they are of you. Great place to work and I'm so happy to be a part of this team.

      Cons

      I'm still in training but nothing so far. Heads above every other company i have worked for.

      This Is the Place to Be

      Pros

      Signify hires certified coders with no coding experience. The company is well-managed and growing, which translates to great job security. Benefits are exceptional. The coding department is friendly and supportive. Occasional overtime for those wanting to earn extra cash. They also supply all equipment needed to work remote.

      Cons

      There is occasional mandatory overtime, but managers are considerate in keeping it to a minimum. They allow enough days to complete it that it does not overwhelm. I have not found it to be a problem. I love this job.
