Glad to hear you like a lot of things about Signifyd, especially your team and leaders (and of course the 4 day work week)! We will continue to conduct regular market compensation audits to make sure we are paying fairly, and in fact have just recently invested in an additional market compensation data source that will enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of our compensation packages. But I acknowledge we are in a very competitive market and space, and I hope we are able to improve your perception as you grow with us!

Startup chic with the wild, wild west issues

Pros

My coworkers are some of the best people I've ever met across the whole sales org. They don't whine incessantly, they support each other, they listen first, and give respect for ability not just seniority. It's all good.

Cons

The company is maturing so meteoric promotion isn't as likely.

In 2020 we are working to ensure that every employee has an individual development plan with their manager and understands how they can continue to progress and grow here. If you don't already have one, hopefully that will help you better envision what your next steps are and how to get there!

Pros

Signifyd's culture is one of the best that I've ever been a part of. They equip their employees with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. Leadership is very transparent and trustworthy. The company is innovating rapidly and constantly evolving their product, so you have to keep pace and have a strong appetite to learn.

Cons

None really. Being in satellite office it is sometimes difficult to connect with other employees at HQ.
