1. Offering excellent growth opportunities 2. Great open culture - transparency , inclusivity and collaboration and promoting constant learning. 3. No politics. For performer , sky is the limit. Rewards automatically follow and achievement is acknowledged. Many cases of lower rung rising to top in organisation.

1.Nothing in particular. 2. Need to grow faster considering good will it enjoys in project due to product /system quality and opportunity.
