-Weren't ready for the lockdown - Trainning comes from the trainee eg: it's your responsibility to request training - Depending on the department, heavy workload

Best Performer becomes the non performing asset overnight, how is it possible its simple to protect someone, other one have to go is the strategy which is used to make a deaf team.
