      This space requires five words.

      Cons

      Inequality in policies for work-life balance from one employee to the next based on how close you are to management. Lies about hybrid work schedule and in fact are not supportive of family obligations or personal needs - leeway is also dependant on relationship with manager. Mismanaged projects (due to inconsistency in directives from management) and overall poor leadership. Health insurance appears good at first glance but wait until you see the exceptions.

      Maintaining talent is not thier priority in my opinion. Acquiring other companies and driving sales at any cost is the current priority.
