Pros
1. Good Organization and good platform for employees who actually wants to improve their knowledge and attitude. 2. Good market value in India. 3. Good team from 2017 and up to June 2018 - but now can not say anything.
Cons
No control of higher management and because of this :- 1. People get selected with references and than understand that I am coming with reference so no one fire me. 2. Everyday spend 4 hrs out of 8 hrs for Cigarette. 3. Try to make Union of employees in plant - Like this is my employees no one can say anything to him. 4. No fix time for Job everyday take granted because they are coming with reference. 5. Not focus on their basic job, Just coming and make time pass. 6. Some new recruited person understand that I am the king and if people not hear to me than I will go with higher to higher management and comedy is that higher management also waste their time. 7. One big ........ at Sika's biggest plant in India he always try to make happy to his boss one by one, previously big boss now small boss (King). No work just take picture and send to boss and because of pictures he got ........% increment. 8. Now he catch new boss tail so again he will get .....% increment. 9. No focus on production - Sales always shouting for production but king has no ans. 10. Because of all these problem good people leave company and plant facing problem. 11. Please think all points seriously otherwise your biggest plant will become just plot.
