      Pros

      Excellent training and working atmosphere. Great interdivisonal cooperation. Give one the responsibility and the authority to perform tasks. Clear procedures and functions.

      Trend to re-Germanise (Swiss) the company culture.

We are of course very proud to be a Swiss company but with a presence in 101 countries we are also very international and we persevere with a global but local culture.

      Excellent Products and Great People. Lacking Organizational Culture and Support for Innovation

      Pros

      Great people and excellent benefits. Job security and stability is solid. Amazing products and company track record. Sense of pride and confidence in product offerings. Global footprint with strong support for internal mobility.

      Cons

      Organization culture is fractured resulting in silo effect from one department to the next. Company is not transparent and offers limited insight across departments. Feedback to management is rarely acknowledged and action on feedback is rarely implemented or supported. Conservative nature limits flexibility in the market and inhibits growth. Innovation and leadership potential of middle Managment is not supported. Compensation structure is short sighted and compensation increases are rarely given (not even cost of living adjustments). Commissions and incentives do not support or encourage growth because departments are incentivized in contradictory ways. Basic business and sales metrics are not in place or not enforced resulting in limited capacity to understand and improve key performer indicators.
