      I was let go after four days on the job!

      I was hired as the credit manager. I trained for three days working with SAP. The fourth day I was reviewing the receivables. The next morning I was let go. I was told I wasn't the right fit!!! I guess I wasn't worth the 70K salary.

      worldwide presence, resilient business, great employees, solid brand, there are many advantages

      Cons

      lots of problems with my manager that I dont have a way to share. what should I do? tell my manager? tell HR so that they can tell my manager? write that in connect? there should be a channel to raise these topics anonymously.

      Thank you for your review and your valuable feedback. We can't give too much detail here but we are in the process of rolling out a global compliance tool called the Sika Trustline. This will allow you to report issues anonymously if that's the best procedure, however we do always encourage you to speak to a local manager or HR representative whenever possible. The rollout is staggered so the tool may not be available in your country yet, but it is coming soon.
