Pros

Swiss company with a high company governance profile. Products with extremely high technical quality. Decentralized management helps the company to have a faster decision model.

Cons

The company is in a change management process based on the possibility of being acquired by Saint Gobain (discussions ongoing in Switzerland Court). Besides this, the current economy environment in Brazil generates higher stress in local operations due to a lower sales volume and a low profitability.

The overall goal of all of our Sika subsidiaries is to achieve the targets set out in our Strategy 2018, whilst being able to quickly adapt to the local environment. There was no pros to mention, maybe the location in Zurich. It is rare that a chemical company is located in such a nice area.

Cons

Bad management, lazy employees Only loud-mouths and those who are politically well linked get promoted. Very stingy employer!
