I didn't have to work hardly any OT

Cons

Very bad management. Management by fear. Europeans come over and their wives all get jobs, whether qualified or not. They think nothing of it. Toxic atmosphere. Good people get fired for not being political enough. Never sure what the goal is, where the division or company is going. Good people but not in management.
