great place, but improving a bit more would be easy

9yThank you for your review and your valuable feedback. We can't give too much detail here but we are in the process of rolling out a global compliance tool called the Sika Trustline. This will allow you to report issues anonymously if that's the best procedure, however we do always encourage you to speak to a local manager or HR representative whenever possible. The rollout is staggered so the tool may not be available in your country yet, but it is coming soon.
