Pros

It's solid if unremarkable factory work. If you’re looking for a clean job, this is not for you, but if you’re OK with getting dirty, it’s fine. Pay is pretty good. Management is fair and pretty hands off as long as everything is running as expected. Benefits package looks great.

Cons

The only real con to the job is the hiring process I went through. System One, the agency that handles the hiring at the Lakewood, NJ plant, promises new temps a full time hire or a return to the agency after 600 hours/15 weeks. Instead, as confirmed by several members of management, it can take up to two years for the company to actually hire you on as an employee while in the meantime, you're accumulating no PTO/vacation, no holiday pay, awful benefits through the agency, etc.
