      Pros

      Extraordinarily successful company. Investors can be sure they will meet financial targets year after year.

      Cons

      Loyalty to employees only goes as far as the quarterly report metrics. 90 days after our acquisition, when the message was "We need all of you!", 40 of us were summarily dismissed. My severance was fair, but it still stung, coming 3 weeks from my 25th anniversary.

      There are not any pros.

      In my experience this was an awful place to work. The top few management in Accounting and Finance are arrogant and, as far as I am concerned, not qualified. I have seen them degrade and make fun of their own employees in meetings. I have seen a lot more that I cannot even disclose here. They do not care about their employees. For me it destroyed my mental and physical health.
